Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@trendsagi.com from the email address on your TrendsAGI account.
  2. Include your account email and what you want deleted (account data and/or specific integrations such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  3. If available, include relevant platform identifiers to speed up verification.

2. What we do after request

  1. Verify request ownership for account security.
  2. Revoke OAuth tokens and disconnect linked integrations.
  3. Delete or anonymize account-linked data according to retention policy.
  4. Send a confirmation once deletion is completed.

Standard processing window is up to 30 days after verification.

3. Self-service disconnect

You can also remove integrations from your account settings: Profile -> Integrations.
